Why 15 Days?

To ensure every customer receives a 100% sterile, brand-new product, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used. We do not resell used personal care items to our valued customers. This policy ensures that when you "PickMine," you are picking a product that is safe, clean, and exclusively yours.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be made within 15 days of delivery.

• The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

If your product arrives broken, defective, or stops working due to a manufacturing fault, this is our responsibility.

Fair Use Policy
