This website is operated by PickMine™. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PickMine™. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Our wellness products (including massagers and heating belts) are intended for personal care and relaxation only.

  • Not Medical Devices: PickMine™ products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

3. Accuracy of Pricing & Information

In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law, we strive to ensure all prices are displayed clearly in UAE Dirhams (AED). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If an error is found after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel the order.

4. Safety & Hygiene (Personal Use Items)

Due to the personal nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards. Once a product has been used, it cannot be returned for a refund unless it is defective. This is to ensure the safety of all our valued customers.

5. Intellectual Property

The PickMine™ name, logo, and all website content are the exclusive property of PickMine™. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying of our branding, images, or product descriptions is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
